Dream Factory Sound Sanctuary is a professional recording studio and immersive creative retreat in the quiet high desert of San Diego County. Whether you're tracking vocals, producing an album, or seeking focused creative time away from distraction, the space is built to support depth, clarity, and high-quality sonic results.
It's also for artists who need more than studio time. If you have the voice, the feeling, or the seed of a song but need the production, instrumentation, or guidance to bring it fully to life, we work alongside you — from first idea to finished track.

Suggested hourly rate

Sliding scale options are available for independent artists and mission-aligned projects.
Longer sessions are encouraged for creative flow and efficiency.
Mixing
Have your song tracked but not sitting right yet? Send us your stems and we'll mix them into a finished, release-ready record — from anywhere. Professional mixing, priced for independent artists.

Multi-day creative retreats
For artists seeking deeper immersion, we offer multi-day studio experiences — live onsite, create in extended blocks, and fully enter the process without commuting or interruption.
