The Dream Factory Sound Sanctuary offers a unique and immersive artist residency experience designed to provide musicians, producers, and songwriters with the space, time, and resources to fully explore their creative potential. Our program is built to foster deep artistic expression, personal growth, and collaboration in a supportive and inspiring environment.

What to Expect

🔹 A 3-Week Residency – Immerse yourself in your music without distractions. Each residency allows time for deep creative exploration, recording, and refinement of your work.

🔹 Private Accommodations & Shared Spaces – You’ll stay in a comfortable and private living space with access to shared amenities, including a kitchenette, lounge areas, and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and reflection.

🔹 World-Class Recording Studio – Gain access to our fully equipped studio, featuring high-quality recording gear, a diverse selection of instruments, and professional audio engineering support when needed.

🔹 Creative & Personal Development – Beyond music production, our residency encourages artistic exploration through silence, meditation, and self-reflection, offering an environment where both sound and stillness fuel inspiration.

🔹 Meals & Transportation – We provide nutritious meals during your stay, and transportation support is available for artists traveling from out of town.

💆 Wellness & Rejuvenation –

• A bodywork session with an on-site practitioner to help release tension and support your creative flow.

• A Reiki session to balance your energy and promote deep relaxation.

• A day pass to a nearby hot springs resort, offering a restorative experience to recharge your mind and body.

The residency is open to artists of all backgrounds and genres who are serious about their craft and looking for a transformative creative experience.

2️⃣ Review Process – Applications are reviewed carefully, and selected artists will be notified. If you’re not accepted for the current cycle, you’ll remain eligible for future residencies.
